Dr. Roujin Jabbari
Licensed Psychologist.
Understanding you every step of the way.
Welcome. I'm so glad you are here.

Hi, I’m Roujin Jabbari, Clinical Psychologist!
I’m really glad you’re here. Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re struggling with addiction (whether you’re aiming for abstinence or harm reduction), healing from trauma, dealing with anxiety, depression, or burnout, or navigating a big life transition, I’m here to support you. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth, and sometimes we just need the right tools and support to help us along the way.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you gain psychological flexibility and resilience. These tools focus on accepting difficult emotions instead of fighting them, connecting more deeply with your values, and taking meaningful actions. Together, we’ll work on developing healthier patterns of thinking and behavior that help you build a life that feels more fulfilling and in line with who you truly are.
Alongside these approaches, my style is relational and trauma-informed. I aim to create a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and safe. I also have a special interest in working with those facing prenatal and postnatal challenges, whether it's managing the emotional shifts during pregnancy or adjusting to the complexities of life with a new baby.
What to Expect from Therapy with Me:
A Safe, Supportive Space: Therapy is a place where you can truly be yourself. I’ll listen to you without judgment and respect your experiences, helping you feel seen and heard.
Tools for Change: We’ll work together using proven techniques to help you accept and cope with difficult emotions, break free from unhelpful patterns, and create positive change in your life.
A Collaborative Approach: You’re the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Self-Compassion and Growth: Through our work, we’ll focus on building self-compassion and resilience, empowering you to face life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and peace.
Healing for the Whole Person: We’ll take a holistic approach, addressing not just symptoms but your overall well-being—emotionally, mentally, and physically.
A Little About Me:
I’m a proud mom, and I bring a multicultural perspective to my work and life. When I’m not working with clients, you can often find me cooking, traveling, practicing yoga, or spending time with friends and family—activities that help me stay grounded and continue learning. I’m passionate about embracing diversity and finding balance in all aspects of life, and I believe those values influence how I show up in the world, both personally and professionally.
If you’re ready to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and living—while still honoring your struggles—I’d love to help you on that journey. Together, we’ll find a path that works for you, one step at a time.
